Welcome to tibetanpaper.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned by and operated by or on behalf of Tibetan Paper & Handicraft, a Canadian company. Tibetan Paper & Handicraft provides you with access to this Site features to you subject to the following conditions. Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) carefully as they apply to your use of the Site generally as well as when you register to create an account or purchase products through the Site without creating an account. By visiting this Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then please do not use the Site and feel free to contact us via our toll-free number for any questions or purchases.
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations with respect to shipping internationally. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order.
We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 30 days of receipt and is in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at any time.
Your order will be delivered by Canada Post within 5-7 working days, subject to availability of the products you have ordered. All items that you purchase from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow extra days for local holidays, Canadian national holidays, weekends and sale time. The cost of shipping will be calculated depending on purchased products and delivery address.

RETURN OF GOODS
If returning any unused item, it can be done within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition) at our physical store 609B Bloor St West, Toronto, ON M6G 1K5 or by mail.
You agree that the Website and all Services provided by the Company are the property of the Company, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property (“Company IP”). You agree that the Company owns all right, title and interest in and to the Company IP and that You will not use the Company IP for any unlawful or infringing purpose. You agree not to reproduce or distribute the Company IP in any way, including electronically or via registration of any new trademarks, trade names, service marks or Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), without express written permission from the Company.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Through Your use of the Website or Services, You agree that the laws of the State of Alabama shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of this Agreement, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between You and the Company, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. In case any litigation specifically permitted under this Agreement is initiated, the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the following county: Canada. The Parties agree that this choice of law, venue, and jurisdiction provision is not permissive, but rather mandatory in nature. You hereby waive the right to any objection of venue, including assertion of the doctrine of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine.
